I like it when this happens, when a regular visit to Food 52 brings up…to my surprise, one of my recipes on the front page!
Along with a super gorgeous photo.
Thanks Jenny, Mondays rock because of you!

I think you deserve it and I tip my hat to you. They look delicious….
Thanks sweetie.
Yay, it’s no surprise to me. Although you have reminded me that I have not been very good at visiting food 52.
Thanks for your kind comments.
I have to agree that these beans rock my world!
I had boring old blanched green beans last night….I should have had these!
YAY!! Congrats, luv! 🙂 Those look absolutely scrumptious. 🙂
Congratulations – they look fantastic.
Congrats! They look great.
Wow that’s awesome!! And so are these green beans. Man, I need to make this lol.
Wonderful! Congratulations on a scrumptious recipe!
How exciting! Congrats, very well deserved. Love the deep fried crumbs
The crumbs definitely make it. Who doesn’t love crisp coatings?
Wow, congratulations, I can imagine it made your day. I unfortunately have a great dislike for green beans (something to do with being force-fed when I was little, ox trauma!) but I might try this and maybe it will change my mind.
Many greetings, Frieda
Try them Frieda – they have the power to make healthy converts of green bean haters. No guarantees though but…..let me know if they tip the scales!
Looks scrumptious, it’s like a healthy-ish alternative to french fries. Congrats 🙂
Ha ha, I like this take Elsa, healthy FFs.
Congrats! They look wonderfully tasty and definitely deserve the cover!
